ca. 500 BC. An attractive miniature lekythos of Little Lion shape. Flared mouth with the narrow neck joining the nearly flat red shoulder, the strap handle passes from the base of the neck up and down to the outer edge of the shoulder. The body tapering towards the flat disc foot. Restored.
Provenance: Clio Ancient Art and Antiquities, 2013. Prior to that, an old collection.
